Immigration advice and services are provided strictly within the scope permitted by the regulator. We do not provide tribunal advocacy, litigation services or representation beyond the scope of Level 1 authorisation unless separately authorised to do so.

  • Submission of an enquiry form, email or other communication does not create a client–adviser relationship.

A client relationship is established only once:

    • The scope of work has been agreed in writing; and

    • Applicable fees have been confirmed and accepted.

Until that point, no legal representation is assumed.

  • Vanguard Law provides UK immigration advice and application assistance within the scope of its regulatory authorisation.

    Services may include:

    • Eligibility assessments

    • Application preparation

    • Documentation review

    • Submission guidance

We do not guarantee the outcome of any application. Decisions are made solely by the Home Office or relevant authority.

  • Fees for consultations and services are confirmed in writing before work commences.

Where a consultation fee is charged, it is payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Unless expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur further fees, which will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

  • Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate, complete and truthful information
