Guidance on eligibility and application requirements following completion of UK studies.

  • The Graduate route allows eligible students who have successfully completed a UK degree to remain in the UK to work or seek employment. The route does not require sponsorship but must meet specific Home Office requirements.

  • You may be eligible if you:

    • Have successfully completed an eligible UK degree
    • Hold valid Student immigration permission
    • Apply from within the UK
    • Have confirmation of course completion from your sponsor

  • Successful Completion
    Applicants must have completed an eligible qualification at a recognised UK institution.

    Valid Immigration Status
    The application must be submitted while holding valid Student permission.

    Sponsorship Confirmation
    The education provider must confirm course completion to the Home Office.

    No Sponsorship Requirement
    The Graduate route does not require a job offer or employer sponsorship.
